This is a community oriented yoga class, we will explore deeper in yoga in a studio setting to correct and improve our practices. We will lightly incorporate breath work (pranayama), chanting (kirtan) and hand gestures (mudras).
Continuing with a Vinyasa Flow designed to be enjoyable for all levels of experience, stimulating joy, challenge and concentration.
